Chocolate Coated Strawberries

Spray an ice cube tray with a small amount of oil.

Slice strawberries and place half in each hole of tray.

Melt dark chocolate bars or chips on your stove top in a small cooking pot. (3 large bars for each pint of strawberries)

Pour over strawberries.

Cool in fridge for 1 hour.

Invert tray and pop out!

  1. YUM! This is the recipe (of sorts) you mentioned when you commented about my “corset cookies” post, isn’t it? It sounds incredibly easy! SO much easier than the way I’ve done them in the past, on wax paper with toothpicks and dipping (although it’s not that bad, just messy).

Have you tried this? If you do, I totally want to see a photo! 🙂

    1. Yep this is the one.
      Haven’t made them yet.
There was a pick that went with the recipe but I wasn’t able to copy it 😦
Basically it ends up looking like a regular block of chocolate
